
So I've raved about the savory here in a previous post, now I can say that the baklava is heavenly as well. As you can see, these babies are not over doused with too liquidy syrup, but are certainly
saturated with a fragrant honey sugar mixture.

Each forkful is sticky with
pistachio and syrup soaked
phyllo layers. The crispy top layer realy brings the whole thing over the top. Love love love and I am not even normally a fan of baklava.
